TrendCare Coordinator and CCDM Coordinator Roleson 14 September
- Two permanent part-time positions
- Location: Nelson or Wairau Hospital, with district-wide responsibility
As a result of the 2018 DHB/NZNO MECA settlement, opportunities have arisen for additional senior nurse resource to support the implementation of the CCDM program at Nelson Marlborough Health (NMH).
Nelson Marlborough Health (NMH) is the main health service provider for New Zealand's Nelson, Tasman and Marlborough regions, serving nearly 145,000 people across two main hospitals, public health and a range of community services.
About the role
These exciting positions are dedicated to assisting NMH to achieve full implementation of the Care Capacity Demand Management program across our health care system.
We have a total resource of 1.2 FTE to be shared across the Care Capacity Demand Management (CCDM) and TrendCare co-ordination roles.
We would like to hear from you if you want to help design services that enable nurses and other health care professionals to deliver safe patient care. The ideal candidates will be agents of change who are able to engage and work effectively with staff from across all departments and levels of the organisation, as well as our union partners and Safe Staffing Health Workplaces representatives.
It will be important that you have a minimum of five years of extensive clinical nursing experience and previous leadership experience within an acute care secondary or tertiary hospital setting.
