Te Whatu Ora New Zealand - Te Matau a Mui Hawke's Bay Mental Health and Addictions Group are looking to recruit an experienced senior health practitioner to the role of Clinical Manager, Community Mental Health and Addictions.

This role leads a diverse team of clinicians based in Wairoa and Napier (both in our Napier Health Centre and also at Springhill Addiction Centre). We are looking for someone with proven strong leadership skills to build and sustain a high performing team through excellent communication, innovative thinking, and a shared vision to provide the best of care to our tangata whaiora.

You will work with a diverse population with a wide variety of mental health and addiction needs, and as a service we are always looking to ensure that our consumers are at the heart of everything we do. If you are passionate about mental health and addiction, are open to new challenges, willing to try new initiatives to improve a person's journey through our services then we want to hear from you. In return we can offer a supportive, creative, forward thinking team of managers to support you in this journey.
