Introduction
There are many benefits that regular supervision brings including a greater sense of professional support, practitioner wellbeing and morale, enables critical reflection of knowledge and practice, and reduces absenteeism and burnout.
My approach to supervision is that of curiosity in a safe and supportive manner that is confidential. This enables the supervisee to critically reflect on their practice in a nurturing environment, that allows them to be their full authentic self. I take a formal yet casual approach to facilitation that enables the supervisee to be at the centre of their supervision session that supports growth while upholding best practice principles so that they can thrive.

As an experienced supervisor, I love working with health professionals from all areas of health specialities and professions. From new graduates, through to experienced clinicians, from health coaches, physios, social workers, to nurses and doctors, I value the diversity and richness of practice that this brings.
I have a special interest in developing and consolidating practice - such as new graduates, nurse prescribers, nurse practitioners and interns, as well as nursing management, leadership and business ownership.
I have a varied clinical background - ranging from primary and community roles, through to tertiary hospital settings, urgent care, general practice, child and youth health, school nursing, women's health, sexual and reproductive health, lifestyle and integrative medicine, management, education, leadership, as well as self employment and business ownership.
