Nursing Supervisor Application
Once your application is received, the Professional Supervision Endorsement Coordinator will review it to ensure it is complete. If any additional information is required, you will be contacted. Applications will be accepted only if all endorsement criteria are met.
Applicants will be advised of the outcome of their application. If successful, the profile provided will be published on the College website.
It is the supervisor's responsibility to ensure their profile information remains current. Please send any updates or changes to admin@nurse.org.nz.
ANNUAL FEE: $100.00 MEMBER
ANNUAL FEE: $150.00 NON-MEMBER
The College reserves the right to decline any application that does not meet the required standards or criteria outlined in the application process.
Please note: A written reference is required for all applications. To avoid delays, please upload your reference with all other supporting documentation before submitting your application.
