I am a Registered Nurse who stared my training at the Auckland Hospital School of Nursing in 1982.  I have since completed University Study and Certificates in Professional Supervision.  I have had many roles in my nursing career such as Clinical Nurse Specialist, Nurse Educator and Charge Nurse. I have been supervising senior staff nurses since 2023.  I am passionate about giving nurses professional support at all levels.  To enable them to focus on their strengths and achieve positive outcomes for themselves, their staff and patients is paramount in my practice.
