As an experienced coach, supervisor and project lead, I work with health professionals across the full spectrum of practice. I have a strong interest in helping people consolidate their practice, build confidence in evolving roles, and navigate the pressures of modern healthcare. My background spans clinical nursing, practice management, coaching, quality and risk management, service redesign, and strategic project leadership — giving me a grounded understanding of both frontline realities and organisational complexity.
