I hold a Bachelor of Nursing from Otago Polytechnic (2006) and a Master of Nursing, Nurse Practitioner (2018) from Curtin University, Western Australia. My experience spans

nuclear medicine, after-hours GP and primary care, fertility, school health, eight years in homeless outreach, where I also served as Director of Nursing. My most recent roles include Graduate Nurse Coordinator for Otago, and Nurse Practitioner at Dunedin Urgent Doctors and Accident Centre. I am, committed to healthcare equality and advancing nursing through leadership, mentorship, and professional development. I find fulfilment in supporting nurses to work to the top of their scope. Using motivational interviewing and creative problem solving, I hope to bring these strengths to my supervision sessions, helping nurses navigate complexity to build confidence in their practice
