Introduction
I am a Nurse Practitioner with over 30 years of nursing experience. I have held a variety of roles over my career, principally in addiction, corrections, justice, forensic and mental health settings. Including crisis intervention and specialist treatment services. I also have a background in nursing leadership, team building and education.
I completed my supervision accreditation in 2022 and have enjoyed mentoring others to grow self-capacity; reflect on shared experiences and offer a supportive ear for challenges we all face professionally. I individualise supervision based on need, and strive to make sessions friendly, enjoyable and refreshing.
