Kia Ora, I am Pākehā Tangata Tiriti, and have been an Aotearoa registered nurse for over 20 years, with experience across various specialties and regions, including ward, outpatient, theatre, and my current work in BreastScreen and breast care centre services. My background spans both public and private health sectors.

Since 2017, I have provided individual and group professional supervision. I prioritize a strengths-based, critically reflective approach, ensuring that your culture and values remain at the center of our discussions. I believe professional supervision is an essential tool for safeguarding wellbeing and sustaining a successful career without burnout. I am so pleased to be able to support professionals with my work helping them find the core of what is important to them in their work.

Unique to my practice; I incorporate skills from my Masters research which utilized Constructivist Grounded Theory. This allows me to effectively co-construct themes based on what is most important to you, providing increasing value as our professional relationship develops.
