Dr Lauren Bradbury, Medical Oncologist Immune checkpoint inhibitor (ICI)-related colitis and hepatitis are common toxicities, typically occurring early in treatment. Most cases respond well to corticosteroids, with few long-term complications. This session will focus on areas where evidence is less certain, including the optimal immunosuppression for steroid-refractory or steroid-dependent disease and when it is safe to rechallenge with ICI therapy.

Dr Andrew Trinh is a Consultant Gastroenterologist and Interventional Endoscopist. He is currently the Head of Gastroenterology at Peter MacCallum Cancer Centre and an interventional endoscopist and gastroenterologist at The Royal Melbourne Hospital, Peter MacCallum Cancer Centre and The Alfred Hospital.

Sophia is a Gastroenterologist and Hepatologist with special interests in autoimmunity and immune-related GI and hepatic toxicity. She works at Peter MacCallum Cancer Centre and Royal Melbourne Hospital.
