New medicine supply notices

 

Proctosedyl (suppositories) Unfortunately, AFT (the supplier) has run out of Proctosedyl suppositories (Pharmacode: 208396). The ointment remains available. 


Valaciclovir (Vaclovir) (Pharmacode: 2483912) Due to delays at the manufacturing plant, there is limited stock of Viatris' 1,000 mg Vaclovir tablets


Antiretrovirals: 3-month supply


From 1 March, you can dispense 3 months supply at once for antiretrovirals.


Updated medicine supply notices

 


  • Concerta: Only the 54 mg is available

  • Ritalin: All strengths available

  • Rubifen: All strengths available

  • Sandoz XR: All strengths available

  • Teva: All strengths available. 


Nifedipine (Nyefax Retard) Tab long-acting 20 mg: (Pharmacode: 529435) A shipment has arrived and been distributed to wholesalers. It may take a further 1 to 2 weeks to reach pharmacies around the country.


Nutricia products: The following Nutricia products are out of stock:


  • Easiphen oral liquid (Pharmacode: 2450828)

  • Elemental 028 Extra | Grapefruit flavour (Pharmacode: 2450771)

  • GMPro Ultra Lemonade (Pharmacode: 2657201)

  • Nutrison Concentrated (Pharmacode: 2702371)

  • Polycal (Pharmacode: 408050)

  • PKU Lophlex | Orange flavour (Pharmacode: 2593890)

  • Renilon | Caramel flavour (Pharmacode: 2439387)


Sodium cromoglicate (Ralicrom) Cap 100 mg (Pharmacode: 2628295) The supplier expects to have the registered Ralicrom brand available again April/May 2026. Somex S29 will be supplied until then.


Sunscreen (Marine Blue Lotion SPF 50+) (Pharmacode: 2454203) A shipment of the sunscreen has arrived and been released to wholesalers.


Resolved issues


Note: Supply issues are marked as resolved when the supplier has product available. It can take another 1 to 2 weeks for stock to reach pharmacies around the motu.
