New medicine supply notices
Enalapril: Your brand is changing The funded brand of enalapril is changing from Acetec to Ipca-Enalapril. It will be listed from 1 December 2025. It is the exact same product as supplied under the Ethics brand. Details and a patient flyer available on the website.
Oxycodone oral liquid (Lucis) (Pharmacode: 2678500) Following the oxycodone tablet supply issue, there is now limited stock of the oral liquid. An alternative brand, Rosemont (Pharmacode 22717239), will be listed from 1 December 2025.
Updated medicine supply notices
Codeine (15 mg, 30 mg, 60 mg tablets): A shipment has arrived with stock of all three strengths. It will take another 1 or 2 weeks to reach pharmacies around New Zealand.
Condyline (podophyllotoxin) (Pharmacode: 701610) Stock of the French alternative of Condyline (Pharmacode: 2714205) has arrived and been released for sale by the supplier. It can take another 1 to 2 weeks for stock to reach pharmacies around the country.
Isoniazid 100 mg with rifampicin 150 mg (Rifinah 100/150) tablets (Pharmacode: 251232) A section 29 alternative (Pharmacode: 2718243) will be funded from 1 December 2025. Details about the listing and a patient flier are available on the website.
Concerta: All strengths available
Ritalin: All strengths available
Rubifen: All strengths available, except 20 mg immediate release
Teva: All strengths available, except 27 mg.
