Supply issue: codeine phosphate tablets all strengths

We are writing to inform you of a supply issue with   all strengths of codeine phosphate tablets (15mg, 30mg, 60mg)   Key messages:   Noumed, the supplier of Codeine Phosphate tablets, has advised that the 30 mg presentation is currently out of stock. Limited stock remains of the 15 mg and 60 mg presentations.
