Registered Nurse - Turangi

We are on the hunt for that special Registered Nurse to join our motivated and supportive team.

love creative ideas for delivering high quality health care that meet our patient's needs. We are part of a community and work with the community to improve health and wellness for all.

We are ideally looking for someone who has 5+ years of experience in a general

practice or community setting - but most of all we want an RN with an enthusiasm

for nursing in a close-knit community, a 'can do' team based attitude and a

willingness to grow and learn new skills. We are especially keen on someone

who wants to gain prescriber qualifications.

If you are an authorised vaccinator and/or smear taker we see that as a bonus. 

Being a fluent te reo Maori speaker, living at the southern end of the lake or having demonstrated experience in achieving equitable outcomes for patients

will just increase our interest in you. A high level of computer and technology literacy is a must, as are strong verbal and written communication skills.

This is a permanent role with up to 5 days/40 hours per week available by negotiation and open to New Zealand registered nurses wtih the right to work in NZ and with a current NP APC.

You must be fully vaccinated against COVID 19 to work at Pihanga Health.
