Are you an experienced Nurse Practitioner with a background in general practice looking for a supportive, community-focused team?

At Clevedon Village Medical Centre, we are committed to delivering high-quality primary healthcare to our growing rural and semi-rural community. We are seeking an experienced Nurse Practitioner to join our team for 24–40 hours per week, with flexibility to accommodate the right candidate.

We are looking for a qualified and experienced Nurse Practitioner who is legally entitled to work in New Zealand and has proven experience working within general practice/primary care.

This is an exciting opportunity to work autonomously while being part of a collaborative and supportive multidisciplinary team. You will provide comprehensive clinical care to patients of all ages and contribute to improving health outcomes within our community.

To be successful in this role, you will:

• Be a registered Nurse Practitioner with a current New Zealand practising certificate

• Have demonstrated experience working in general practice/primary care (essential)

• Be confident managing a broad range of acute and long-term conditions

• Be committed to delivering equitable, patient-centred care

• Enjoy working collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team

• Possess excellent communication and relationship-building skills

• Be proactive, adaptable, and keen to contribute to the ongoing success of the practice
