NURSE PRACTITIONER

Gore Health Ltd is seeking a Nurse Practitioner to work in primary healthcare services at Gore Health Centre. This unique role offers the opportunity to provide continuity of care supporting patients and their whanau throughout the care journey.
You will use advanced clinical assessment, diagnostic reasoning and prescribing skills to deliver timely, safe and culturally appropriate care. Primary Care is a team sport and you will work both autonomously and collaboratively.
To be successful in this role, you will bring:
Registration with the Nursing Council of New Zealand and a current practising certificate.
Advanced health assessment, diagnostic decision-making, prescribing and interpretation of diagnostic and laboratory results.
Current CORE Advanced Resuscitation certification.
A collaborative, patient-centred approach and the ability to work effectively in primary healthcare settings.
A great sense of humour and like having fun on the job.
