Nurse Practitioner opportunities in sunny Hawkes Bay (0.2 – 0.8FTE)

We are seeking Nurse Practitioner’s for contract roles in both Napier and/or Hastings to provide weekly rounds at aged residential care facilities.

You will work closely with onsite nurses and care teams to:

• Provide excellent clinical care to ARC residents (rest home level care and above). 

• Complete regular scheduled visits onsite, with key tasks including new admission assessments, acute care, regular examinations, and medication reviews

• Maintain high quality clinical documentation and uphold professional standards

• Contribute to meetings, family discussions and quality improvement activities.

• Maintaining professional relationships with patients and integrity in professional practice

What you’ll bring:

• Current Annual Practicing Certificate

• Strong communication skills and a compassionate, person-centred approach

• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively

• Experience or interest in ARC (desirable)
