WaiHealth is a growing kaupapa Māori primary healthcare service based in West Auckland, dedicated to delivering equitable, whānau-centred care that improves health outcomes for our community.


We are seeking an experienced and passionate Nurse Practitioner to join our supportive and collaborative clinical team. This is an opportunity to work to your full Nurse Practitioner scope of practice in a role that offers autonomy, flexibility, and the ability to shape innovative models of primary healthcare delivery.


As a key member of our multidisciplinary team, you will provide advanced assessment, diagnosis, treatment and prescribing across a broad range of acute, chronic and preventative health needs. You will build meaningful, long-term relationships with whānau while contributing to clinical leadership, service development, and improving equity of access to healthcare.

About You


  • Registered Nurse Practitioner with a current New Zealand Annual Practising Certificate.

  • Authorised prescriber with a passion for delivering high-quality primary healthcare.

  • Committed to culturally safe, whānau-centred and equitable models of care.

  • Enjoy working autonomously while collaborating closely with a multidisciplinary team.

  • Motivated to contribute to service innovation and the ongoing growth of primary care delivery.
