As we approach the end of the first year of delivering to He Ara Oranga: Report of the Government Inquiry into Mental Health and Addiction and the Budget 2019 investment, I’ve reflected on how much progress we have made.

This past year has been one of laying the foundations for change as well as building momentum that will enable services to get up and running.
