Ōrākei Health Services is proudly owned and operated by Ngāti Whātua Ōrākei. We have been operating for over 50 years to provide whānau health, wellbeing and community services.
We are based in Ōrākei with services ranging from general and family medical care, minor surgeries, immunisations, outreach and home visits to cervical smears and ECG heart checks.

We are seeking an experienced and passionate Nurse Practitioner, Registered Nurse Prescriber, or Registered Nurse to join our committed hauora team at Ōrākei Health. This is an opportunity to be part of a kaupapa Māori health service that champions holistic, culturally grounded care for our whānau and wider community.
These roles involved working with the community to improve health outcomes and address health inequities.
Ngā tino pūkenga/whēako | Essential skills/experiences for the role:
- Current NZ Nursing Council registration and APC (Nurse Practitioner, RN, or RN Prescriber)
- Competency in Te Ao Māori and a commitment to working in a kaupapa Māori environment
- Strong relationship-building and communication skills
- A proactive, whānau-first approach
